There seems to be a single text that lists the contraindications of each technique of yoga, the raison d'être - the monumental task of listing, categorizing, and the matching of each technique, with a contraindication, a feat that would take years to complete. Therefore, let's take a look at the technical group, which coincides with the appropriate advice.
Standing postures seems pretty easy for most of us, but can still be very difficult for the legs, regardless of age or physical condition. Many are commonly seen standing poses Guerrero (Virabhadrasana) positions.

Patanjali, the father of Yoga is a doctor too large. Should have lived during 200 BC to 200 AD, a book Yoga Sutra is a guide to living a simple and healthy. Yoga Sutra has 195 aphorisms or sutras that did not explain yogic postures, or asanas. Yoga as described by people who not only about postures, or asanas, and welfare. Patanjali Yoga is the way of life. Book is essentially an outline for an ethical life and the life of a principled including yoga to science in daily life.
The basis of the teachings of Patanjali is entwined in the way of eight yoga or ashtanga yoga. This is the teachings of suggestions for a better life. Eight-fold path is as follows:
Yama means of social behavior. He tells you how to treat other people and the world around you. This is the correct values. Also called to do and DON'Ts. There are five yamas: Nonviolence (ahimsa), truth and honesty (satya), Nonstealing (asteya), Nonlust (brahmacharya), Nonpossessiveness (aparigraha),
Niyama means discipline and personal responsibility. This tells us how to treat ourselves. Also called the observances. There are five niyamas: Purity (shauca), Contentment (santosha), Austerity (tapas), study of holy texts (svadhyaya), and live with the awareness of the Divine (ishvara-pranidhana).
Asana. Yoga is generally understood as do the various asanas. According to Patanjali, "The yoga posture is a stable and easy." Ancient sages used yoga to prepare for meditation. To think that people need to sit down in a posture for a long time, the body must be flexible and agile, and at the same time cooperation to achieve this. One should be able to concentrate without getting disturbed by the environment during meditation.

The Yogi Teachings, again on all fours of modern science, we life forms that have their start in the water. The cells of bone, muscle, nerve tissue and blood of animals differ according to their offices, and the same is true in cells of the sap, stems, roots, leaves, seeds and flowers of the plant.

In the first forms of life, it is difficult to distinguish between animal and plant forms, in fact, the first forms of the the qualities of both. The development of basic life forms are a very simple structure, and but have a degree above crystals. They are composed of identically the same substance as the crystals, _the only difference being that they have shown a greater degree of mind_. And these chemicals are obtained either directly or indirectly, air, water or soil. The main materials up the bodies of plants, animals and humans, are oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, with an ever smaller proportion of sulfur and phosphorus, and traces of some other elements. The framework document all living beings is the same - the difference lies in the degree of Mind control of the case in which it is incorporated.
Physical materials, carbon is the most important in life forms. It seems to possess properties that can draw the other elements, and forcing them into service. Carbon product what is called "protoplasm," the material of which the cells of the animal and plant life is composed.
Protoplasm of almost infinite varieties of life forms were established by the process Evolution, working gradually and in stages. Every form of life is compound, or composed of many cells and their combinations. And each form originated in a single cell which quickly multiplies and reproduces until the form of an amoeba, the plant, the animal, the man is finished. All forms of life are only single cell multiplied. And each cell is composed of protoplasm.
Therefore, we must look to the beginning of life in the grade of the material called protoplasm. In this modern science and the Yogi Teachings totally agree.
Investigating protoplasm we are made to achieve the magnificent qualities of its main constituents - Carbon. Carbon is the wonder Worker items. Manifest in various forms, such as diamond, graphite, coal, protoplasm - is it not right to respect?
The Yogi Teachings inform vis carbon in the form we have the material that has evolved as the physical basis of life. If any of you doubt that inorganic May turn into life forms, we refer you to plant life, where you see the plants in May setting up of every day of the inorganic chemicals or minerals in the land, air and water.
